Questions

Before you book

I've never fished. Can I come?

Yes. The crew and the two of us will show you how to rig, drop and reel. Most of our guests are first timers.

Do I need a fishing license?

Anyone 16 or older needs a California sport fishing license. Buy it online before the trip and bring proof.

Will I get seasick?

December swells can be rough. Take seasickness meds the night before and again in the morning, eat a light breakfast, and stay out on deck.

What happens to my catch?

You keep it. We help you clean and bag it on the ride in and send you home with a recipe card.
