Venison Sausage Banh Mi with Mushroom Pate

How we make it

1. Cook mushrooms and onions in butter, add garlic, salt, tamari and rum

2. Blend with lemon juice, chives and sour cream into a pate

3. Cook sausage in oven, smoker or grill

4. Toast baguette, spread pate and pickles, top with sliced sausage
