Pan-Seared Rockfish with Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes

How we make it

1. Pan sear fish until crispy and baste with butter and garlic.

2. Boil potatoes until soft, add butter and combine thoroughly.

3. Pour in buttermilk and whisk or use an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
