Masala Dogtooth Tuna and Wahoo Over Coconut Shell Fire
Whatever we caught in the Maldives, we cooked. Fish cleaned on the beach, marinated in our masala and a local spice paste, and cooked over a coconut shell fire, then eaten by hand with rice.
